Kayleigh has been working for various businesses in a support capacity since she graduated from university in 2009. After she had her children, in 2015 Kayleigh went self-employed, supporting a boutique PR agency with everything from business administration to PR account management. In 2020, she established COZ PR, and very quickly became a fully booked VA. From there, she went on to complete her coaching and mentoring accreditation, start supporting other VAs, and grow from a sole trader into a limited company with a large team supporting multiple clients.
